After treating patients for many years I have finally created a line of skin care products that address the most common needs among my clientele. Using all natural ingredients this line of skin care is balanced and clean. Simply put, each item delivers results. The MUST HAVE
I think Tretinoin (the generic name for what is in Retin A TM ) is the foundation of any anti-aging regimen, along with mineral sunscreen and antioxidants. But I could not find a prescription Tretinoin that was not full of chemicals, so I decided to make my own. The MUST HAVE is the ultimate ant-aging cream, prescription strength retinoid. It includes hyaluronic acid, Vitamin E antioxidant, glycerin and sunflower oil to draw moisture to the skin. It is the cleanest Tretinoin out there. To be used at night only, with a pea-size amount to the whole face with moisturizer on top as needed.
Intensive Recovery Cream
Perfect for after laser or any cosmetic procedure. Featuring coconut fruit, probiotics, nopal cactus extract, this cream is not too heavy, but super-healing without the break outs. Great for layering after The MUST HAVE too! Free of fragrances, parabens, phthalates and sulfates.
Turn Around Bright Eyes
I started making this eye cream when, after trying dozens, I could not find one I thought was great enough to use myself or sell in the office. It addresses every aspect of eye aging:
- Retinol to reduce the “crepey” appearance, and inhibit pigmentation
- Green Tea Polyphenols, potent antioxidants, to repair cell damage caused by things like pollution, sun, and bad habits
- Vitamin K to stabilize blood vessel walls so they are less likely to rupture, leading to purplish discoloration
- Sodium Hyaluronate, aka Hyaluronic Acid, and Glycerin to draw water to the skin
- Arnica to reduce swelling and puffiness
- Hesperidin Methyl Chalcone to reduce blood vessel leakiness, reducing purple dark circles
- Emblica fruit extract as an antioxidant and to prevent excess pigment formation
Dr. Cybele’s Hand Cream
We had this made for a promo event, and patients requested we keep carrying it because they loved it! It feels great, is not too greasy, and has no scent. The glycerin draws water to the skin, and the dimethicone helps maintain the skin barrier, protecting your hands from cold, wind, and water. Quantities are a bit limited, call to check availability.
Fade Away Lotion
This lotion is to correct uneven skin pigmentation, dark spots, acne marks, and melasma, and can be made for you either with or without hydroquinone, which some patients cannot tolerate and prefer not to use. It has the botanical lighteners kojic acid, arbutin, and bearberry which suppress pigmentation and also antioxidants silymarin and green tea polyphenols, as well as emblica to reduce inflammation, which leads to pigmentation.
Neal’s Yard Remedies
I first used Neal’s Yard Remedies as a teenager when my mother brought me some back from a trip to London, and have stocked up on them every time I have gone to England since. These are products I use myself, as well as on my husband and children. They smell incredible, and are in keeping with my philosophy of a simple skin-care regimen that uses the fewest chemicals possible, yet works to keep your skin healthy and beautiful. Additionally, I have always felt that premium skin care products should be available at a price my patients can afford.
Neal’s Yard Remedies are high-quality products that use the natural ingredients found in plants to create a full range of effective skin-care products for all skin types. They do not test on animals, and the products are made in a carbon-neutral facility in England that is solar-powered, and recycles rainwater.
